" The hotel is in a good location, and is ideal for the town centre, my satnav directed me to it with ease. Upon arrival, check in was quick and efficient. Initially I parked on street using the English language enabled parking meter and card payment. I then used the hotel car park, which was quite expensive, for our two day stay. "This was our first visit to this hotel which is on the outskirts of Veurne near the park. There is parking in the grounds and the gates are locked at night. It's an attractive old building with high ceilings and our room was large with bedding for three if needed. Breakfast was very good with an excellent selection of fruit, ham and cheese with copious buns. It is family run and they are very friendly. We will return in the near future."

"Really nice hotel and in a great location just 45 mins from Calais. The room was great and overlooked fields and had a really nice balcony. Dinner was great and the wine choices were good too. The pool was amazing, just what was needed after a long drive. Everything was extremely clean and very well looked after. Lovely stay"

"Very poor, booked on the basis of 8 out of 10 rating but honestly not sure who posted these reviews. Booked a second night for the following week ( non refundable) and couldn't bring myself to return so booked a different hotel meaning more than double the cost. No water in the shower, no food and damp bedding. Service was poor and I was made to feel unwelcome. Stayed at the Ibis budget and felt like a rock star compared to this place. Avoid like the plague."

"It was not verybeasy to find at first and we were unsure about the parking. However once we arrived and were reassured that road side parking was free, we felt more relaxed. The staff were very friendly, and we managed to communicate in broken English. The rooms are spacious only downside was the free internet which did not connect very well. BreKfast was good, selection of various continental foods. We would definitely stay again (perfect for just one night)"
