"Property was quiet, a bit of noise from, other guests but only to be expected. This is quite a large hotel but we visited in February so I cannot vouch for what it is like in summer. Location is good and is convenient for beach, supermarkets and public transport. The staff we dealt with were efficient and friendly. We would visit again."

"We absolutely loved our stay! Our dogs lived their best lives with the beach right on their doorstep. The lodge was absolutely immaculate, it is far nicer than the pictures show. We will definitely be bookiw"

"Booked for a last minute weekend that also had to be pet friendly and luckily we found The Waterfront. The room itself was clean & spacious with a great view (ensuite was small but they warn you about that) and breakfast was one the nicest I've had in a hotel. As for the staff, they were so friendly and helpful especially when we checked in late."

"Lovely warm and friendly welcome on the Saturday, Sunday breakfast staff not as friendly or speedy. (My breakfast was cold). Room was cute, clean and had everything we need, shower was hot, (toilet seat very wobbly.) Would stay again, good location, great views and value. "

"A fabulous place to stay. Creetown is beautiful and the accommodation is friendly, safe, and spotlessly clean, as well as being very comfortable. It is also fantastic value. With a very comfy bed, great shower, free tea and coffee and a TV in the bedroom, this was a superb place in which to stay and unwind after a long day's travel. The manager is a lovely gentleman and was very helpful. I will look forward to staying here again soon "

"We highly recommend Shelleven. It is quiet, comfortable, well-equipped, and has a great location so that one may walk to most of Bangor's excellent eateries. Sue's breakfast is legendary - or if it's not, it should be - and she and her staff are very friendly and welcoming. "
