"We booked this hotel without doing much research and we were completely taken back on how great this hotel is! The location is top! The room was very clean and comfortable, with amazing pillows, blankets and a mattress that is very conforming. The check-in was quick and the staff very friendly. "This is based on family of four 2 preteen children. Likes - 10 minute walk to Jakobson Gondola, close to grocery stores, pharmacy, free above ground parking (if you can find a spot), easy online check in, ski room. Dislikes (for us) - no fridge in room, no kettle/coffee maker, pillows were flat / terrible had to request 4 extra (which hotel quickly provided), alot of road noise from traffic in morning / late evening, can hear everything in hallway on close by rooms.
