"Passamos 10 noites no hotel, no geral foi uma boa estadia, funcionarios sempre muito solicitos e educados. Os quartos e banheiro sao muito pequenos, a cama simplestemente pessima! "Our room was really quiet. Ask for one turned to interior court. Despite the room is very small. The parking is close by same street few meters walking. Breakfast is very nice!! Suggestion: take some tables out from breakfast room to let people circulate easier and access the food safely."

"It's the Royal Tulip, the stay was as expected. Resort type feel when on the property, beautiful pool area and staff are very friendly. Not exactly the "Holambra" experience one would expect, but it is a lovely getaway one would expect from the Royal Tulip brand. The town centre is about a 7 minutes drive from the hotel but not onerous. The area is in farm country, you might get stuck behind a tractor but that adds to the charm."

"The parking lot is a pain, sometimes have to get out from car and call the reception to open the gate, very inconvenient. Have to wait near to 8 minutes to have hot water to take a shower early in the morning. Breakfast is good"

"O quarto estava cheirando forte, algo parecido com cheiro de cigarro As toalhas de banho bemmmm usadas. A água do chuveiro com aquecimento central, mesmo depois de ficarmos 2 minutos aguardando conforme instrução no local, não esquentou . Tomamos banho frio. No café tinha um suco que me pareceu feito com pó e água . Disseram que era suco laranja natural Pedi e paguei a parte um suco de laranja realmente natural . "Great place! But no elevator for the levels. I did not see to much facilitys for a handicap! The card that open the doors always has a problem and need to be replaced all the time. The breakfast is a medium and not to much options. I ask the attended to boiled a egg for me and she told me that need to be paid appart of the breakfast. First time that I see this situation. "
