"Everyone was so friendly and helpful! I loved the special flower water to drink when I arrived at reception. I had excellent time at the pool and stay. I would highly recommend this location. It was a beautiful property. The only downside was that the AC in my room was not very cold and from that I did not sleep well. "

"It started out as a disaster. The room had no Wi-Fi and a shower that did not work. The next room had a TV that did not work. Finally, the 3rd attempt proved successful. Everything worked properly and it was a very enjoyable stay. Unfortunately, there is a lot that needs to be repaired or upgraded for this to be a great hotel again. "Very serene atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff. Great seeing all the animals in the safari. Good breakfast. The only regret was having laundry service which was a nightmare!! They washed our clothes with other People's clothes. They hung the clothes up in metal hangers which distorted the shapes of the pants and shirts. They washed whites with color, this the whites were all stained!!!!!! A bag of laundry ended up costing $30 US dollars and yet clothes were destroyed. So, stay here because...
