"Awesome! Upon arrival, we were greeted with a friendly staff with a complimentary soft drink that quenched the thirst. Clean and Spacious rooms. From the room we viewed the Arunachala hill. Convenient in all aspects. Complimentary breakfast at A2B. It’s a wonderful experience. Stayed only one night. Definitely I prefer to book the same hotel next time. "

"The rooms are not properly maintained. Linen was supposed to white but it looked dark, dirty and was not properly laundered. Staff are not motivated to work . The phone was not working and fan could only run full speed. Service was poor. The bathroom was sub standard, heater switch was beyond reach . Except for the fact the hotel was near the temple the hotel was s total disappointment . . Was glad that I had only booked for 2 days and was glad to check out"
