"Great location on the main street, parking nearby once familiar with the area and right next to a supermarket 😉 Lovely view too of the famous cathedral from the bedroom. Didn’t have any breakfast so can’t really comment although looked a decent choice mainly continental with scrambled eggs and a choice of cereal. Bayeux was ideally located for visiting the main WW2 sites which was the purpose of my visit. "

"The reason we booked this apartment was that they advertised baby cots, which I reserved and emailed separately to confirm. When we were arrived they confirmed a cot was set up in the room for us. However, there was no cot and one could not be found in the building. This was extremely inconvenient as we have a small baby with us."

"A bit dated, more of an over night convenience, but for all that it was comfortable and peaceful. Slept well. Big room. Not much around for dining or drinks. Great for motorway access and affordable. Would stay again if I needed an overnight in that area. "

"We loved our stay in Bayeux at the Hotel de Brunville. The staff was so kind, generous and helpful for folks who were new to France and did not speak the language. The hotel was lovely and so convenient for walking the town, getting meals and shopping. We wish we had been able to stay longer and will certainly stay again if we make it back to France."

"Basic hotel but very affordable for our budget. There is a McDonald's across the street and easy access to the freeway. Breakfast is 12 Euros which is not cheap for what you get. U need a car for this hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Its a good base to explore Normandy without staying at an expensive hotel closer to the D Day Beaches. There is a Lidl a short distance away. I would stay here again if I have a vehicle. "
