"We stayed for 1 night travelling from Salzburg to Venice. A clean and friendly family feel to this place in a spectacular location with supermarket couple of mins drive away. Staff were welcoming and helpful and supplied a good breakfast. Our room was fairly basic but gave what was required but we did have to report a running toilet and the room got very hot due to heatwave and lack of any air con. Balcony was an added bonus. "

"Wonderful one night stay. The bed and comforter for me was very cozy! Located on the main street of Villach to access shops, restaurants, and about 10 minutes to the train station. "

"Well located, very comfortable bed. Hard to park- room keys did not work to open garage door and reception closes at 6pm and restaurant around 11pm so not possible to get help if one gets there late. Parking close by is expensive."

"I stayed here for two weeks I love it, the apartment has everything you need the only thing that was missing is ironing board and washing machine. The only downside was it was too noisy when you open the window because it was directly towards the main road however it was the best apartment I’ve stayed in that area it’s so beautiful decorated and clean and massive space, the reception was really friendly and nice"

"Bed really comfy, clean, super friendly staff, decent location. However, no curtain on toilet window and mesh curtain on bedroom window - not really an issue but would improve! Great stay here."

"We arrived late at night to the hotel, reception was closed but the owner had left an envelope with everything we needed for our stay with a warm handwritten note (including instructions to get a beer from the fridge!) The room was clean and spacious, the property well maintained, and breakfast next morning delicious. Would definitely stay here again!"

"This property is located in a beautiful place, room was ok, and staff was friendly. However the hotel site and the ad are misleading and I will explain why. My friends and I were on a two week road-trip and this was our final stop before driving home to Germany. We selected the hotel and decided to pay a little extra because this place advertised a beautiful Spa and wellness area, open year round (this still shows on the site). "Struttura sita in una bella posizione fronte lago molto comoda per raggiungere gli impianti a Bad Kleinkircheneim; camere nuove, pulite e spaziose. Unica pecca i dintorni dell’hotel nell’immediata vicinanza, dove non abbiamo mai trovato ristoranti aperti oltre le 20.30 e raggiungibili velocemente a piedi. Struttura consigliatissima per chi come noi vuole godersi la montagna e le giornate sugli sci per poi tornare a risposare in un luogo confortevole. "

Beautiful hotel

"Beautiful hotel with beautiful surroundings. The family running the hotel were very friendly and welcoming. We stayed for 3 nights, the room was cosy, well decorated and very clean. The breakfast was also very good. Only minor improvements I would recommend would be providing a fan for the room (it was a hot few days in Austria, and the room was quite warm at night). Additionally, a mirror in the bedroom close to a plug for using the hair dryer would be useful (there was a mirror in the bathroom, but no plug nearby). We'll definitely stay here again in the future."
