"This is a good hotel for families but for me it wasn’t a good experience as, unfortunately, I didn’t check if there was AC and the temperatures at that time were around 40 degrees, making it almost impossible to sleep. There was one small fan which was a joke. Too small to do any difference in the room. "We had a lovely stay at Grimsnäs Herrgård. The facilities are far from modern, but the feeling of cleanliness totally made up for it. We were totally charmed by the old manor, the beautiful dining room, the lovely couple running the hotel and our pretty room. Grimsnäs is placed in rural country - getting there gives you a stunning drive through old country side with lots of forests mixed with old farms and fields."

"A beautiful country setting near creek and pond. Very quiet. Comfortable room for three with good beds. You do have to share bathroom with other double room but it is manageable. Lovely friendly owners, Eva and Ryno. Very good breakfast. Nice sitting area downstairs and excellent wifi. Perhaps a small shared fridge and more towels would help but overall we were very happy here and would stay again. "
