"Our room was dark during the day. The lights were very few and weak. In the morning the sunlight didn't let us sleep. The fornitures need an upgrade, the night table was broken and the wardrobe made funny sounds. But the worst was the wallpaper, broken and with many stains. The spa is very limited and expensive for what it is. The rest of the hotel is very nice, the restaurant, the patio and the employees are remarkable."

"This hotel is NOT in Soria, it's located 3km outside of Soria, separated from Soria by the motorway and a large industrial estate. The 'Plaza Mayor' it is listed as a short walk from is 'Las Casas' which is a tiny housing estate with no shops or bars and one restaurant (which did not open the night we were there).
