The staff were very friendly but it would have helped if they told us the key needs to be inserted a certain way and the power control is behind the bathroom door. "There were a group of teenagers who were all staying in the hallway that my run was located in that were very loud and kept knocking on my door. Otherwise the hotel and staff were great."
