"Electronic things did work well. No probems with opening the garage gate or room door. Problem - door from garage to hotel - was stuck. First we tought - it is locked. After applying more force we could open it, but this is not normal that I must break something to get in. Breakfest was pleasant with one exception - scrambled eggs was made on principe - more salt, less eggs. "

"Staff is very nice as are the rooms basically, but it is on the third floor of an office building. No staff at night at all . Accommodating if you arrive late on day of arrival , but they close at 1:00PM on Sunday . Can’t even store bags after that time."

"The desk hours were real variable. The blinds had been left open before we checked in and it was a hot day in Finland, The sun was shining in so the room was hot. There was one little fan, but not really enough"

I was then informed that the accommodation was not available. A very unsatisfactory state of affairs. I have received no apology and am still awaiting news of the refund. It would be too much to expect also the refund of the then quite unnecessary car hire costs. Prof. David Rees."
