"Loved the big room, the view and easy direct access to the mall and train station. Check in is chaotic and people can cut in front of you without staff giving a care. Also, they don't have a restaurant. There's a breakfast area, but no place to have lunch or dinner in the hotel."

"We wanted the light in our room to be shut off but it was a difficult task since the light was set to Shabbat mode. Unfortunately, we had the light on the whole evening and we couldn't sleep. We went and complained to the reception desk. As a courtesy, Yazen Atrash offered our family lunch which was an incredible experience. He also offered to give us a discount when we're ready to book another reservation. We are So Happy with the incredible service that Yazan offered us. We will definitely...

"This is an amazing hotel and a MUST stay if you are in Bethlehem. The building is a historic landmark and the staff is incredibly hospitable. The free breakfast is excellent and the rooms have been recently remodeled and have high quality linens, modern bathroom fixtures, tv, fast Wi-Fi, and excellent heating/AC. Best of all, all proceeds from your stay support a day program for adults with special needs. Be sure to check out their gift shop with beautiful art work and souvenirs produced by the program. "
