"The staff bent over backwards to help me in everyway. The restaurant served excellent food at a very reasonable price from 11 am to 10pm. Room service was available. Laundry service was also available. They allowed me to store my luggage there whilst I travelled around for 5 days. Very handy 10 minutes walk to Central station North, where you get the train to Samarkand etc and metro station."

"Das Zimmer und die Ausstattung entsprachen nicht der gebuchten Beschreibung. Trotz der ausgewählten Optionen musste ich das Gemeinschaftsbad und die Gemeinschaftsverpflegung nutzen. Das Bettzeug war so umständlich verstaut, dass es nicht sichtbar war. Aus diesem Grund habe ich ohne Bettdecke geschlafen und keinerlei Komfort empfunden. Das Zimmer entsprach einem sehr altmodischen Standard. Es gab keine digitalen Karten, sondern lediglich Schlüssel. Auch das Hotel selbst war stark...
