"This property is in an awkward area that is not bad but not "pretty". The air conditioning hardly cooled the room and was an older unit. Definitely should be updated. All this being said, the staff was AMAZING, the breakfast was FABULOUS, the amenities were better than 4 star hotels that I have stayed in and everything was super clean. Would definitely recommend if not during summer and one has a car to get to the prettier areas."

"La posizione di questa strutture e gli spazi esterni sono veramente eccezionali; si vede che l'hanno ristrutturato da poco e questo è un merito ma si sono persi nei dettagli. La colazione è veramente scadente con cornetti numerati a stanza!!! ed il personale decisamente sottodimensionato ed il cameriere di sala veramente scortese. La cena o il pranzo vi consiglio di evitarlo perchè pessimo. Spiaggia molto bella e giardino ventilato e gradevole. Insomma potrebbero con poco migliorare tantissimo....

Nicole, Luigi, Guisepi, Michelo, and the rest of the staff/family including Noah the dog, made our stay at Il Cefalo truly enchanting. We coincided with the Festa della Bruna, which took place at the small village church which is only 50 meters away creating the perfect vantage point to take in the festivities ending with the most spectacular fireworks we've ever seen.
