Air conditioning worked in one of the rooms; as it was too late when we checked in, we didn't bother getting the other room fixed. The bathrooms are typical Indian design - if you take a shower, you're going to wet the entire floor including the toilet seat. The water heater is no good after about 5 minutes in the shower.
