"We stayed at the Salih Bosna Suite with my sister and it was beyond perfect. The decor was breathtaking and just peaceful overall. The balcony overlooked the Sabanci Merkez Cami and Taskopru. "They over few parking space, make sure you call in advance to reserve the spot. The room on the 1st floor ( second floor actually) are non-smoking rooms. We requested upon arrival and they change the room to non smoking for us. The staffs/ concierges are very professional and giving you immediate response when asking. Sound proofing can be better. "

"Unfortunately, we didn’t like the location , and sadly hotel staff were so rude ( before we entered to the hotel , we have been asked to proof that our marriage- not once but twice) . Uneducated staff made us feel unwelcoming. We would not recommend anyone to stay there unless they change the way they manage their staff and be respectful of the hotel guest. "

"We had a nice stay here, we changed rooms as our first room was at the back and had a restricted view, but that was done without question and the staff were very helpful, there are several room choices here so no problem. The breakfast is good and staff again very helpful. The location is great right in the centre. We can recommend this hotel when there are discounts on price but not when the price is high as there is lots of choice nearby ! "

There was hair in the drains and the provided toiletries were open and half used (clearly not replaced) you are not alowed to have any friends or family come up to your room (this was a first for me) the staff attempt to extort money from you at every oportunity. If you are on a low budget and desperate its not a bad choice..but if younhave the funds stay elswhere... the worst of it was the staff and their total lack of flexibility and...
