The hotel is clean and the staff is cheerful and helpful. I had a few issues with this property. The day before I left for Lyon, the hotel contacted me to advise that my room had been involuntarily downgraded to a standard room without my permission despite having prepaid for a premium room which is 100 sq ft larger with more perks....
