"The hostel is located right at the base of Santa Cruz which made it super easy to grab the lanchas. My friend and I stayed in a private suite which was really nice and cozy. The grounds of the hostel itself are stunning and so relaxing! They host family-style dinner's every night which was so wholesome and was a great way to meet new people. The only cons I will say is that there's only wifi in the common spaces, and wifi doesn't reach the rooms. Other than that, I loved my stay! "

"The property over all is clean. The food at the restaurant was also very good. The maintenance is lacking a little The drainstop in our bathroom shower was broken, and the tile floor was uneven, so the water puddles. The staff is very courteous and helpful. "

"This hotel was wonderful. The staff were so welcoming, breakfast was tasty. It was quiet and relaxing. A 7 minute walk to the main area / where you get off the boat and about a 3 minute walk to the closest restaurant. They have a boardwalk right into the lake which is nice for an evening drink. The room was clean and well stocked with a great view of the lake. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars. "
