"This property was SO CUTE! The staff is so wonderful, and takes the time to make the stay special. The hotel itself has the cutest little vibe! The rooms are all a little different and have so many nice features to make traveling easy (cut out sections for luggage, large open floor space, etc). The beds are very comfortable. "What a beautiful place to stay!! Right on the beautiful lake and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in town. Also 5 minutes from Interlaken West which you walk along a quiet road to get to the hotel - very nice since the town itself can be busy. Best time to go is for New Year’s as they have a huge festival the 1st and a parade the 2nd. 5 minutes from a very cute cafe called Velo, and very close to the Victoria hotel. Reception was fabulous.
