"The outside of the property was littered with trash especially along the property lines/broken glass in parking lots. The building paint needs to be updated because although this was "newly renovated" it was clear the exterior wasn't. The rooms were nice with no real complaints about the stay other than ascetics/smell."

"Very clean and quiet. Very comfortable and nice. Good shower head, which is always a nice bonus. Close to the freeway but it didn’t feel like it from the property. The staff was nice and the full breakfast had plenty of options. "

"Best Western is usually my first choice of hotel when I'm traveling. I have never been disappointed with my stays! The employees at the Union Gap one were very helpful and friendly. Our room was fantastic. Breakfast was awesome...so many things to choose from, including custom omelets and eggs! I opted for the egg scramble (eggs, potatoes, onions, and sausage) with country gravy over the top. This location doesn't have a restaurant like some, but across the parking lot is an Outback Steakhouse...

"Pictures on website seem older. Website said breakfast in the morning, but there was none. Rooms were on, theres was moldy cheetos on side of the bed mixed with a white powder. Front desk was nice."
