"The carpet leading to our room smelt of dogs, our room smelt of cigarette smoke. Breakfast time was chaotic, the staff were not in control. We needed to wait for food, crockery and utensils. We later found out they were trying to cater for a coach full of people, who were also taking lots of food for their journey. Terrible, disgusting very unpleasant. We have stayed at your hotels before with no problems. "

The rooms are somewhat basic and the furniture looks a bit tired, but everything is clean and comfortable. The sauna and pool are great and a big bonus after a long day travelling. "We found this last minute on the way through Switzerland to Belgium, however found the hotel a little run down and tired. Sadly, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired ."

"Nice and big room for its price .Bathroom is OK. Very clean as well. Wifi Is excellent . The bar didn't work , there are very few places to eat outside in the area , especially late in the evening. The room was very cold. Heating came on the second day but not enough. Otherwise convenient for my trip to the tv station, within walking distance. "
