"Very nice location. There are two sides: courtyard view and the other side. Lots of activity during the day and night with the courtyard... Noisy. Great windows to stop the noise but then you stop the fresh air. Issue with sound between suites. I could hear what the neighbors were saying very well. Overall good experience. "

Unable to leave window open for any air. horrendous noise from school & nightlife. No reception & no check in/out instructions. Had to leave property due to bathroom issue -no contact from owner regarding problem but charged full fee anyway. "

"A lovely view across Gros bay from this seafront hotel . Our host in reception gave great local advice for bars and pinxos, as well as some handy basque phrases to use. The seaview room was modern and on dual levels (step up to seating / seaview window) and light was maximised by the use of an opaque glass enclosure around the shower / toilet room.
