"Surprisingly for the price a super great hotel to stay, clean, comfortable bed, lot of towels and the front desk nice and helpful the only thing if you wake up easily with any noise be aware that this hotel is in front of a main highway so it’s a route for cars and eighteen wheelers and also construction crews stay there so Saturday morning around 6am will be some extra noise but in my case I don’t get affected for noises so I was good there, recommended place to stay if your budget is limited."

"This was the first time my family visited Lake Tawakoni and we had a great time! This host has a fantastic set up from the house to the fire pit to the kayak and paddle boards! My kids, husband and I had a very relaxing visit! My personal favorite part was the fire bit that faced the lake! Nothing like some morning coffee with a fantastic view. "

"The house was lovely and offered historic charm as well as modern comforts. It is walking distance to shops and restaurants. The hosts were attentive and gave clear and easy instructions. Note that the house is close to the railroad tracks and the occasional train can be heard, including in the middle of the night. "
