"There was an issue with our room after our booking. The host moved us to another of the hotels in their establishment, this was only 200m down the road. The room was huge, clean and modern, had all the facilities that we needed. Shout out to Areus that kept us well informed along the way and made the transition extremely smooth. He went above and beyond to make sure we were settled and okay. If i ever return to HCMC would definitely rebook to our changed accommodation "

"close to all! walking distance to all shopping, eating and to Ben thanh market! all different kind of food, pizza, seafood, burgers, pasta and best of all !! all international food, vietnamese off course delicious, indian, american, italian@! this little town but surrounding with many food and shopping! and prices are vary but not too expenses. convinient and pleasant indeed! will be back! staff are wonderful and helpful! polite and nice!!! all the best!"

"It seems to be a new hotel as it’s very clean, very confortable(bed and pillow are very comfy) and everything seems new. There was no curtain in our bathroom and people around could see us showering. There is a cafe downstair and sometimes its crowded with locals. Overall a good and clean hotel for the price. I sometime felt like the cafe was more important than the hotels tho."

"Great price for the place. Very secure property. Please note that this property is a contactless check in. Contact the host prior to arrival for check in instructions. Good size stay, some trash was left but was remedied. As for cleanliness, it is decent if you don’t mind sugar ants. . If you are a germaphobe, look elsewhere. I recommend this stay for solo travelers on a budgetx"

"Bed sheets were dirty and had to ask for new ones in which the “host” just put a new one right over the dirty one. The room had no window and was very small. Very unclean."
