"Small room and quite dark. The bed was OK. The shower was not at all isolated from the bathroom. I had to carry the luggage upstairs. The receptionist was friendly and forthcoming with information. Exceptional location: just 1/2 km upstream from the Trigrad cave. There is a small but interesting educational medicinal plant just opposite the hotel; outstanding for children"

"In the room they have kettle but no tea or coffee, when we asked they said they can help with some tea! Very funny and bizarre, on the other hand the stuff are kind! But limited possibilities, in the brekfeast room first come first serve, when u aso for same item they say out of stock! Hard to believe!"

"My mother and I stayed for one night and we would never return to this hotel . The service was disrespectful, unsafe and incredibly rude . My mother and I have never been treated so poorly . The first day we arrived at the hotel to be greeted by the cleaning lady that asked to be paid immediately. I gave her cash but she wasn’t able to supply us with a receipt. "Imaret hotel is a gem. The hotel is actually a historical building with lots of history (take the free tour to learn all about it) The service and staff were absolutely excellent. The property is beautiful and well maintained.
