"Beautiful room, great bathroom, stunning views. Haven’t commented on the staff because I didn’t see anyone, it was easy self check in and parking without any issue. It’s a multi purpose building and the hotel is 2 floors up, it’s done very well and it felt very secure. Just be aware that there is no lift so carrying heavy bags up is a bit of an ordeal. My only little moan is the first photo on Expedia of this hotel is of a beautiful building on a mound, titled “view of the city from hotel”....

"If I could give 10 stars for the Aqua hotel, I would. The staff was absolutely fantastic! The young man at the front desk went so far above and beyond in customer service. Even after we checked out of the hotel, we were several miles away and missed our bus to Zurich so we called to ask if he could call us another taxi. "I just want to say how much I appreciate this property. We arrived late but they have a 24/7 hotline on standby for clarifications and guidelines. They are very quick to reply to concerns. The check in was straight forward and easy. The room was very comfortable and super clean. Love the nice touch of adding a nougat on your bed as a welcome touch! After traveling all day this was a nice comfortable place to rest. We came in Oct. and the temp in the room was pleasant. "
