"The staff is amazing. Alvin, check-in night registration Ms. Felicia morning check-out registration absolutely professional and nice. Ms. Colleen- breakfast Service- super sweet, helpful and kind and Ms. Polly- housekeeping service, super nice. My late reservation was made quickly and easy and from the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out. Our stay was great- the only suggestion I have - or concerns ( the mattress was not as comfortable as I would have expected) everything else....

"Renovating but what has been done has improved the property - new rugs and flooring, showers instead of tub/shower combo, better lighting. My room provided me exactly what I needed - great bed, plenty of hot water, and quiet - as I spent day with friends. Desk clerk was personable and efficient. Breakfast offerings were good for the level of hotel. "

"FEW attempts prior to finding suitable room(ONE had dirty pillowcase trash by bed.and food(crunchy cheese doodle) on floor by lamp ..ONE shower head off wall and prior leak in bathrooom-shower area ceiling wasn't repaired properly needed to be sanned and repainted crack tub drain cover...I must say hotel staff was very patient and helpful with their assistance with finding a suitable room "
