"Pros:Clean and comfortable. Ease of checking in. Spacious rooms. Front desk clerk seemed to be a good worker as she was folding towels when she was free. She also was professional and kind. Cons: No sunna or hottub and only showers in the rooms. To get in the front door, i had to walk through smoker residue as the front entrance smelled of present and old cigarettes."

"The customer service at this hotel was great. We stayed for a volleyball tournament, and considering every hotel was sold out, the staff went above and beyond to reach out ahead of time for accommodations. They were able to communicate with us without hassle. I was able to check in through an app which made the process so smooth. The facility was fine, rooms were clean and comfortable enough. "I have stayed at this location often while working in Sioux City. The staff is friendly and always very helpful. I have never experienced any issues with cleanliness or been unsatisfied with my stays. My main concern has always been with affordability which I have never had a problem with stay here, it is very budget friendly. "

"I have traveled along to multiple states and have went to multiple hotels by myself yet staying at this hotel I felt the most uncomfortable. For checking in had to wait a half hour to even do so as there was no one at the front desk and was there right before check out started (arrived at 2:30). Went into the room and there is blood stains on the currents, no working toilet and the water was pure white. Ended up using the gas station toilet and buying bottled water for my dogs.
