"The room appeared to not be cleaned and there was wash cloths left from the prcious customer that they apparently forgot to get and i dont like the fact that i paid for the hotel room a week in advance and was charged a 50 dollar holding fee? For what? And when do i get that money back because the lady told me after check out that my deposit would be returned to my credit card but they didnt say how long and no one told me about this deposit before i booked the room. Excellent customer service...
