"This hotel was an unexpected treasure in the Texas panhandle. My family and I were exhausted after two days struggling through the winter storm on I40. We pulled into the lot of this hotel with 3 vehicles all pulling trailers. The receptionist/concierge Koko rushed out and greeted us in the parking lot to guide us to convenient parking.
