A few more relaxed coffe shops and casual cafés or restaurants would have been nice. Pool looks impressive, but didn't have many beds. Nice staff. Disappointed with the take away breakfast. "

"This is a large and busy hotel, quite convenient to the train station, and situated on one of Colombo's lovely lakes. It felt like a Vegas property, absent the casinos. My room was okay -- reasonably comfortable and business like. The big attraction are the numerous restaurants, shops and entertainment options. Plus, a pool that is open to 9 p.m. My favorite thing was swimming in the huge, almost entirely empty pool, under the night sky, with the giant Lotus Flower Tower all lit up...
