"When I was checking in, the lady at the desk paid more attention to the man beside me than me and could not find my reservation. She kept asking for a code from the airline which was the man's situation, not mine. After a long bumpy flight and just missing the hotel shuttle to wait out in the cold for another 30 minutes, it was not the check in that I had hopped for. "My stay was just a quick 5-hour overnight due to an inability to make a 2+ hour drive home from Boston to NH during a heavy snowstorm, so not much to assess. Was in after midnight and out at 5am. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, but floor felt funky to bare feet (sticky-ish?). Front desk person wasn't super friendly, but I'm not normally very talkative at midnight and at 5am, either.
