"Everyone was super nice, very spacious. We hot there a little earlier and was told the room was ready, went up & it was still being cleaned. We had to wait in the hallway with rhe luggage bc who wants to haul it back down. But they were apologetic. However we noticed the room wasn't cooling, yes it's winter but who wants to be in a room with 4 other people at 78 degrees. I reported it & was told they would check. We went to dinner and when we came back was told they had put a fan, and to check....

The location is perfect - very convenient to the mountain, and we were greeted by the winter sun rising over the lake. The home is well-appointed and the owner was quick to respond to any questions.
