"This property was older but clean. Staff was friendly. Side note is there is no elevator. It is only two story so it wasn't a big deal for us but could be for others. Parking is around back but there is a little alley that brings you back up to the front entrance. It was located in a convenient area to access Hollywood blvd easily through the loading dock of the mall or and extra 5 minute walk to walk around the building. "Excellent customer service. Extra blankets brought on the same day that requested them. Bottles of water were restocked, as were toilet rolls and toiletries. We were also offered clean towels, despite having a washer and dryer in the room. I lost my phone on the 2nd day of my stay so didn't have access to my email to retrieve the door codes, however Customer Service were very quick to help me get back in ! Great location, 5 minutes from Hollywood Boulevard and metro line for getting around...
