"Overall great experience. Quiet, other than expected street noise, comfortable beds, and clean. Polite staff at check in. Plenty of options at breakfast. Cookies at the desk in the evening is a nice touch. We did get stuck in the elevator but they had us out of there quickly. We had just left breakfast so were on the ground floor with the check in desk is literally right around the corner. A quick phone call and a couple of minutes later we were out. Manager on duty was very kind, took action...
