"when we arrived, at 7 pm, there was no receptionist. we were given a different room than what had been required and the person in charge (waitress) couldn't help much as there was no receptionist available. Given that the hotel for that day was fully booked, they should have a person in charge to support customers."

"This is a very basic hotel. And the price reflects this. I arrived late and was just there for a bed for the night. Guy on reception - friendly Automatic lights in corridors - bit unreliable Room - spacious. Decor - probably needs a job doing Cleanliness - OK Bed - comfortable Location - very close to Brussels Midi Summary - good for a bed for the night - probably wouldn't be booking here if you are in Brussels for a mini break etc. "

"The apartment is in a great location off the Grand Place and Central Station. The windows are double plane and blocks out most of the track and tourist noise. Walking was easy to most of the sights. The two bedrooms were spacious for us and the option of the sofa bed was good as well. The apartment was light and airy with good amenities in the kitchenette. Nice full size refrigerator and gas stove. The shower area of the bathroom can use some work, as water gets everywhere. We also had to walk...

"The staff on the desk where brilliant. Hostel has free microwave and kettle you can use and it pretty close to everything including the centeral station."

"Would be 5 stars except my phone was attacked 4 times over the network. Each attack required a hard reset to unlock the phone again. This is a network issue with their network. Stay in airplane mode while at the hostel. If the attack had succeeded I would have lost my phone and bank accounts."
