Only reason I did not rate hotel as excellent was because internet was terrible. I spent as much time reconnecting to the net as I did using it. I considered this a service so that is why it was only good. All of the service people were great."

"My brother had a really hard time checking in. The front desk fumbled his reservation. It took them 30 minutes to check in and they almost turned them away. "

"Check-in was a breeze and the staff was professional and kind. When we left we forgot a few things in the room and when I called, they were excellent in retrieving the items and had them at the front desk for our friends to pick up on their way out. Many thanks to the staff!"

"First time at this hotel which was recommended to me by a friend. My husband and I celebrated our anniversary and it was a wonderful experience. The suite was amazing. Make sure you check hours if things though bc the Vault & Rotunda were both closed on a Sunday night. So we will be back again to check out both of those areas. Only one suggestion: this hotel is too good to be serving powder creamer with its coffee in the rooms! "
