"We had an amazing trip & every staff member we interacted with was so very helpful! There was what appeared to be candle wax melted on the bedspread- it did not affecf us at all. The linens, blankets & towels all smelled clean, just somehow made it through the wash. We did not have a bedding bundle in the room for the pull out bed, but that was easily corrected!
