"My son and I traveled to Gatlinburge the first week of November. The weather and time of year were perfect. This Hotel is conveniently located and comfortable. We did not use the pool due to the outdoor temperature.The complimentary beakfast was very good and the staff friendly. Good value and service. "

"The rooms have been remodeled since we were there 3 yrs ago. Much cleaner and beautiful looking in rooms. Staff was great very easy to work with. Have a large truck with handycap thong on back hard to find parking. They made it accommodation for us to park easily. "

We have booked some not so exciting hotels in the area and were happy to see that we did well with this property. The outside pool looked fun however we were there off season.
