"The balcony light was burnt out and the toilet rocked. Breakfast and the pool being across the creek with no way to even walk there was a little inconvenient especially with very little parking, but all that aside, it was a very comfortable stay. I love that it was right on the creek and close to everything"

"This hotel is in the perfect location. Located across from Ober Gatlinburg and next to the convention center as well. Walking distance to everything. We really enjoy the Creek under the balcony and they have a pretty good breakfast as well. It was our second time staying and we will be back again. "

"This hotel was great!! We had a peaceful, quiet, romantic stay. Everything in the room worked and the room was clean. The bed was super comfy. I would highly recommend this hotel. If you are afraid of heights, I would request a room on the first floor because the elevator has a view as you go up. Great stay, friendly staff and excellent accommodations. "

"This was my first time staying at this resort and It was great. I booked for the valentines weekend and I’m not sure if the area was busy for that time but it was busy all weekend. Everyone was out and about and it was lively and enjoyable. I didn’t have much interaction with the staff but the checkin staff was friendly and the room was great. I say all this to say that my stay was perfect."

"They said free breakfast was included .Free breakfast was only coffee and pastries .When I saw free breakfast I thought I was going to get to sit down and have a full breakfast meal. They should say free coffee and pastries included every morning. So I was disappointed that I had to go out and get a real "Breakfast ""

"This is a great budget friendly hotel! We have stayed here multiple times and we will do so again. It is not the newest but felt safe and clean. It is off the strip but was a 20 minute walk or trolly ride home from the aquarium. "
