"This was a nice second floor walk up apartment in the part of town with lots of college rentals. Lovely wood flooring and comfortable mattress. The reason I gave four stars is because it was quite loud at times due to the traffic in the stairwell (no sound insulation on the door and a gap around and under door) and also the shower curtain needed a deep clean. "

"My girlfriend had never been to Vermont and listed it as her top "bucket list" location to travel to. Thanks to Seth and his Vrbo listing, she was able to see Burlington and get a first taste of Vermont living. Great space that reminded her of her childhood in England. Grateful to find a spot that worked for her and for us as we toured through the state! "The house was amazing. Stayed the weekend to do college visits with my daughter. The house had everything we needed and more. The house was so clean, beds comfy and the hot tub was an amazing way to just relax and enjoy the beautiful views of lake Champlain. Kitchen was stocked great for any meals we made.
