"The dining area was dirty, I had to wait for dishes/silverware for breakfasts. Coffee machine broke down… but everything else was good! Rooms were cleaned, the kitchen crew were very nice and they are hard working people. I’m not sure if they were understaffed. But who ever is supposed to clean the dining area was off or didn’t come around to clean… the area was in disarray for a few days. "

"The stay was fine. Usually we stay here during Musikfest. The hot tub is great when it’s operational. There was a problem with it and it had to be drained on New Year’s Eve and it wasn’t working until Jan 1. The breakfast is fine but a little sparse. The maid service wasn’t happening for New Years Eve. The service was very friendly though."

"My stay was kind of a vacation in sorts. We had some issues the first day about my cat getting under the bed. That was resolved. The staff was super friendly, courteous and professional. I had to stay a few extra days and they made sure my stay was flawless. A very nice stay."

"Good, clean hotel. Have stayed here several times over the years and it's showing some age in a few rooms, but it's always CLEAN. Breakfast leaves something to be desired, but the staff is super friendly and helpful. "
