"Very clean/very reasonably priced = great value. Minimal/lighting signage at the street.. insufficient lighting around parking & rooms. I believe that many women and some men would refuse to stay there based on this."

"As I was checking in, the manager was a bit gruff. I had made the reservation on-line and prepaid, but he insisted that I swipe my credit card and that the on-line payment was just a "holder". I looked on my credit card statement, and was charged on-line and again in person but it was returned. As for the room itself; The floors were all hardwood, looked nice but was very slippery coming in from the snow. The room was "dated" and the sheets on the bed had old stains. I found the bed itself was uncomfortable, I couldn't sleep. I could also smell cigarette smoke in my room when I first got there but it subsided. The soap and lotion dispensers were full, nice smelling soap."
