"Bedding is really old and mattress and pillow really cheap quality, breakfast is included but nothing special, bad coffee and flies everywhere. No elevators so I had to haul my luggage to the 3rd floor, the lock of my door was loose almost falling apart, on top of that but accident I broke the keychain of the key, (cheap plastic) they want me to pay 30 bs for that.
