"Great hotel, but the toilet was the wrong direction and difficult to use because the front was not facing the door. Had to walk in sideways to use the toilet. Bathtub is nice, bed is comfy. Parking is limited but if there are no spots they will park for you outside."

The receptionists are nice and very helpful. during the trip, my friend lost hist wallet during an excursion to the mountain, and someone collected it and return to a police station. The staff went out his way to drive us to the police station to pick up the wallet in the middle of the night. He just accepted verbal appreciation, but refused any money conpensation. "I had a really great stay in this hotel. Even if the lady could not speak English and I have very limited Korean, check in was easy. The room is clean and there is always water freely available. Keep in mind that it is quite far from downtown. There is only one bus every 2 hours. For the price, I had a great stay! I recommend it, there is also a restaurant."

"Had a fantastic stay at The Mumum! Very clean and well kept property conveniently located close to all of the sites in the Jeonju Hanok Village. The host and hostess were so kind and helpful. A very large and delcious breakfast of fruit, rice cakes and rice was brought to our room each morning. "This property was in a beautiful location however the suites were not clean or comfortable. The bed sheets were old, stained and torn and the beds are very hard and uncomfortable. The pool, tub and bath area smelled like sour drainage so a bath was not an option yet something I looked forward to and paid extra for.
