"A combination of this useless app and some idiot had placed the marker pin for this Hotel 150km away from where it actually is. So what a waste of money ! Tried in vain to recover my funds from Hotel .com or the Hotel, both blamed the other !! No refund. Awful treatment of customer from both parties. Goes with out saying i will never use this app again, watch out !! If You have a genuine problem you can forget getting your money back !! "

"Arrivée a hotel ont nous annonce quil y a aucun autres clients et que nous sommes seul je demande a garer ma voiture sous abris pour la pluie ou le soleil puisque il y a un parking 2 voitures ont me dit non au cas ou du monde arrive ?! Serieux ?! La le personnels prend sont scooters et le met en travers pour bloqué les 2 places ! La chambre hotel sens urines, la douche est au gaz et parfois la flamme se coupe seul laissant juste odeur de gaz et eau geler. On nous dit petit déjeuner sûrement...
