"When we checked in, staff forgot to tell us that as a member, breakfast would be discounted from 17.00 to 11.00 with a coupon but we were not told and didn't know to ask. The waiter was very kind and apologetic and applied the discount for us. The fresh fruit, yogurt and oatmeal were wonderful! Unfortunately eggs and sausage Luke warm at best. Bedding was super comfortable. Room was very clean and quiet! Will definetly stay again! "

"We stayed 5 nights while we were visiting our daughter in Marysville, Ohio for Thanksgiving. The room was lovely, so clean & perfectly warm which we could control the heat. The staff also excellent from check in to the maintenance person checking every morning to see if we needed anything like extra towels or removing trash, to the woman we saw everyday when we went in for breakfast, which was perfect, coffee, waffles, bagels, fruit & much more. It was also very reasonable and the veterans...

"This hotel was excellent. Good and quiet location outside of Columbus. They've put their money in all the right places and the renovations made this a very nice hotel. The pool was excellent and warm! Everything was clean. And all 3 desk workers were excellent and friendly! Also the breakfast was very great! Apart from the bathroom feeling small. And doors being a little gappy. I give this hotel an excellent review! And will definitely keep it in mind for my next stay!!! "

"My husband and I have stayed here mulitple times and we love it. The staff is always so nice and personable. The room is always clean and the beds are super comfy. The breakfast is delicious, saturday i didnt even realize i was 15 mins early and they still let me get some. They are the best. The pool is my favorite because it has a 5ft end and a 3 ft end."
