"It's an older hotel so there's no elevators the outside steps are a little rough. But the inside was clean the updated the toilet be a nice towels for an old hotel it's been a lot better than most I have been in and the people downstairs were in the chicken were so kind and helpful."

"The person who checked me in was very nice. The property is VERY old, dirty and outdated. Behind the property there is some tye of old water pit with lots of garbage. During the night while I was trying to sleep I had not one but TWO VERY LARGE SPIDERS CRAWL ACROSS ME ON THE BED! Which after that happens is not at all conducive to ANY sleep. The keuig machine was missing a part so I was unable to make coffee in the room after a almost sleepless night. When I went down to get coffee before...

"Very clean and modern look and feel. Everything look and felt new and fresh. Upscale feel to building and grounds, which carried over to the open breakfast area and into the rooms. Save and ample parking with a nice overflow area. Key point that the evening check-in and morning check-out staff were extremely friendly, even offering a complimentary water during my wait as training new staff. My room had a view overlooking a large nearby clean pond that had a pier."

"What I wanted was a clean place to sleep and a place to take a shower. This did the job. The outside was a little rough and unkempt inside was OK. I felt safe enough in the location and it was not noisy"

"We stayed here after a Kansas State football game because there was nothing else available. The negatives: the motel is extremely outdated, there are trains traveling through close by in the middle of the night, the bedspread had cigarette burns in it, no shampoo/conditioner/hair dryer, no hand towels, the ceiling light fixtures were disgusting, hardly any electrical outlets. The positives: no bed bugs, the bathroom and floors overall were clean, shower water was hot."
