1/5 Terrible
"1. Sea view rooms is a LIE. The only view is of construction site and backside of some restaurant and trees. Dirty broken glass colored with rot on the balcony.
2. Water FLOODS in the shower, upon complaining they just said it’s okay, and didn’t offer to change the room.
3. I have ankle sprain and my husband had a headache, but they refused to provide DRINKING water despite me requesting several times even offering to pay. Finally after my husband also requested they brought 1 bottle with a receipt, that was the only nice thing so far.
4. No elevator, no possibility to roll suitcase from parking because the ground is not concrete. We had to spend 30 mins cleaning our car because of all the dust that had settled just in a few hours.
5. Screeching sounds from construction upstairs and loud music from bar next door made it impossible to SLEEP. Room is NOT SOUNDPROOFED at all.
6. Bar and restaurant in the hotel is a LIE. No possibility of ordering food or drinks to room.
7. Towel, mattress of very poor quality. No duvet in the bed. Just 1 thin bedsheet. Both me and husband could not sleep from the cold.
8. Lastly BREAKFAST is an insult. Cold sausage, cold egg, stale bread in a dusty room near a construction site , NO COFFEE OR JUICE OR TEA OR WATER. Only good part was some baked rolls that were tasty.
There isn’t even a reception, nobody to call to help when we could not open the balcony door. so I’m not sure this place can be called a hotel It’s just a disgusting looking room r"
