"My room/bathroom was a little dated but clean overall. The staff was polite and attentive. I loved that it was so close to the Mole, and everything else was also very walkable. They provided everything for a comfortable stay, and no issues at all with their services. However, the lock to my door drove me crazy. I had to twist the key a certain way in order to get it to lock and unlock. Other than that, a good stay overall."

"Perfect for my one night trip to Turin, in a great area for transport (trains, trams and buses) as well as walkable to key areas in the city if needed. Staff were friendly and accommodating, but do recommend some patience if you don’t speak Italian. Room was clean and exactly as pictured with a comfortable bed and facilites as expected. "

"The Aircon wasn't working so had to leave balcony door open at night and mosquitos came in. The shower needed attention but the water was hot. Overall a pleasant hotel, staff and surroundings. "We spent two nights in this hotel in early November. Rooms were spacious but very cold! Marble floors, no carpets, bad insulation (single glazed windows) and small radiators which were on for just 14 hours per day - and not in the night (23.00-07.00)! After waking up freezing in the middle of the first night, and having an 1-year old baby that we didn't want to get sick, we kindly asked the owner to keep the heating on throughout the second night, even if that meant less heating hours during the...

"Laura at the reception was extremely friendly, informative and professional. Also, the room was one of the cleanest hotel rooms I have ever been to - including the bathroom. Bright and clean! Really great. I decided to walk to the airport. It took 30 min and the walk was pleasent besides some 100 meters that were on a road with quite a bit of traffic. "
